They are a little over 8 weeks old and peep like crazy! Once we finish the “Hennebunkport” we have 6 Rhode Island Reds waiting to move in! Here they are at a friend’s house enjoying a little peace and quiet after the big move from Poland. And so the madness begins!

is Bond Mountain Spring in Newfield, Maine. Due to our water softening system we have a lot of salt in our water… none that you can taste, but just the nagging feeling that it is there. Buying water at the store seems ridiculous so when we heard from a friend that there was a spring close to home we went on a field trip to check it out. Let me tell you, that is one serious flow this spring has going on. I half expected a dribble but I got a refreshingly endless supply of clean and clear water!
