Catching up.

It’s been a while, I know. I got sick and didn’t have much motivation. Things are on the up and up now and all that is left is this dreadful cough that just won’t seem to vacate my chest. Hmmmmm…. what have we been up to? I’ll share a couple of photos since I don’t have much time to write. We got up to camp a few times (once for the 4th of July) which was long overdue. Unfortunately, with all the house projects we haven’t been able to spend much time on the pond this summer. The boys did enjoy the time they had though…

I haven’t had much time for experimenting in the kitchen either, but I did get a chance to try this quick and easy strawberry pie with fresh local berries from Bramble Hill Farm.

I used a few too many berries and it overflowed... all the tastier!

Jon also got a chance to plant the apple trees and some new grass.

We also purchased some new patio furniture so bring on the BBQ’s!
